Craving Carbs

What is UP? I feel like I am SO hungry today. I ate my cereal and milk for breakfast - and I started getting my normal "please eat more" pangs at about 11am. So I went into my lunch box and NOTHING was appealing... I had fruit, veggies, and yogurt waiting for me. My LUNCH today was a pack of Easy Mac (which I KNOW is bad for you, but we had nothing else in the house...). I just ate that mixed with my broccoli. It was good - but I am still looking for crackers or bread or SOMETHING. I would even be happy with protein - cottage cheese or cheese sticks or a hamburger. Sigh

Maybe I will eat my apple. I drank more water. I am up to 48 oz so far. I hope to kill another 32 before I go home today.
