OK - since my last post I have had 5 prunes, 1/2 cup wheatberry salad, 1/2 cup edemame (soy bean) salad - both salads were very oily, but I drained off as much as I could.  Both are also good for protein and fiber!  I also finished off my bag of toffee cashews, but there were just a few of them.  Now I am drinking my V-8.  I am very munchy today.  I am not sure why.  I will be leaving shortly for the gym (good girl!).
I have been fantasizing about the caramel machiato ever since yesterday.  I may give in and get one on the way back from the gym.  It will be skim as usualy if I do - but I may actually resist...
