Inventory

OK - Food so far today:
8 oz skim milk
coffee
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 trail mix bagel
lettuce and swiss cheese on light 7-grain bread
orange

I went to the gym and walked for 42 minutes (7 incline, 2.05 miles 405 calories).

Now I am back at work. I have left in my lunch bag 4 oz of organic unsweetend applesauce with cinnamon. 10oz of low sodium V-8 and 4 oz cottage cheese. I want sushi for dinner. We have been promising ourselves sushi for a couple of weeks now - but I will make us limit it for a change - and eat vegetables too.
