It's us!

Hey--did anyone else see this article today? This sounds a lot like what we've been doing. So, Emily, don't say you've been off your diet since Halloween. You're just doing intuitive dieting!

Intuitive eating is certainly what I'm going for -- I guess what happened at Halloween is that I *stopped* eating intuitively and started stuffing myself on candy or whatever was on hand, without regard to whether I was hungry or not. I will say that my portion sizes have decreased overall, but they've started creeping up again (I'm intuitively more hungry thanks to having stretched my stomach with five or six weeks of candy); I'm eating better lunches on average, thanks to my attempt to avoid white pasta, lots of cheese, and peanut butter. But I still eat, eat, eat, and seldom quit!
