That's my update for today.  Yesterday I was at 140 even though I'd been taking in plenty of liquids (but not a lot of food -- I had to eat food slowly for a while because of my teeth, and then even when I'd eaten it my whole system tended to feel a bit weird, so I was eating what I craved but not very much of anything).  But today I'm feeling 90% normal in terms of food and drink, and of course my weight hopped right back up to where it was.  I guess I can't go on using the excuse "I just ran a marathon so I can eat whatever I want" for very long.
