Up a tiny bit this week. Not surprising given my activity level of last week--I only got to the gym three times and didn't get out on the weekend at all. Five days of exercise really does seem to be the minimum for losing weight for me.

Not much else to report. Now that we've gotten our snow for the year (yay!) I want to put winter behind me and get on with spring. In spite of all of my preparations, I wimped out on commuting by bike all winter long, so I want to get back to doing that. And running outside instead of on the treadmill. Again, I could have been doing that this winter but I didn't, at least not more than a couple of times.
