That is the exact DVD I rented from Netflix! I really appreciated that she went through each exercise and explained how to do it, and THEN we did the repetitions. Usually I fumble my way through a video, but since she showed me how first, and then we did it for real, I felt much better about it. Granted, I only did like the first 5 exercises because like I mentioned yesterday I am weak and have no abs at all, but I bet with time I will get better. I am going to stick with this DVD until I know the poses, and then move onto something else. Plus being able to rent the DVD first let's me try it out. I hate buying exercise DVDs blind. I do plan to purchase this one once Joe yells at me for keeping it out too long :)
Yesterday I took a 30 minute walk at lunch, up to the Washington Monument (which I am sure you are all dying to know is the 0,0 point for the City grid coordinate system) then I ate my salad and some vegetable soup I picked up at Au Bon Pain. Dinner was grilled cheese and tomato soup. Other beverages yesterday included a bottle of water and a 20 oz Diet Dr Pepper.
And I was 164.0 today.
