It is quite good. My yogurt tasted sour this morning so I trashed it and went to the vending machine. On the good side, this is the first time I have eaten out of the vending machine this week. I am going to get a salad at lunch to balance out me eating this pop tart now. I hear it's all about balance and moderation...
Last night I had WAY too much pasta for dinner. I felt so gross afterwards that I don't think I will be eating pasta again for a while. I had made a bowl to bring to work, but left it in the fridge because the thought of it sort of disgusted me. The sauce I used last night was Ragu Light--I thought it was going to be yucky because it is fat free and has VERY low sodium for jarred spaghetti sauce. It was really quite good. Hence the eating too much part I mentioned...
I did the Pilates for Dummies dvd yesterday. I was a little better than Tuesday, but still weak. I will keep at it.
I am going to work very diligently this weekend to not be lazy and revert to poor eating habits so that I can post a loss on Tuesday.
