Well - I GUESS in reality I lost my 5 pounds - but the last day of October my weight was almost exaxtly the same as the last day of September. Granted, during October I saw lows in the 204's - but I never stayed there long. I want to get below the 205 mark and keep going below.
I have been comparatively good about the candy. I have been managing to stick to the four pieces a day thing - but I do my four pieces at the very end of the day and all at once. Sigh. I just don't feel like I have been eating as well as I was before; I don't eat all of my healthy food in the day - and darn that candy and Girl Scout Cookies - and I KNOW I have been sliding on exercise. I am re-reading the Outlander series - so laying in bed with a handful of candy is SO much more appealing than exercising. Especially since it is getting chilly out. I want to curl up when I get home from work rather than work out.
I want to be at 205.4 or lower on Sunday - since that is the two month mark. I was at 206.2 again this morning - but I was expecting it to be higher.
