I forgot.  How depressing.  I actually was doing a little better a few days ago.  I liked the stomach thing - I was down to 204.4 or something.  Today I was back up to 207.2.  Sigh.  I was pretty good with my eating today - but not exercise.  I also have been eating a lot of ham recently.  Darn you Julie.  It sounded so good when you were telling me about yours that I decided to make one for New Year's.  So I had split pea soup for lunch and fried ham and eggs for dinner.  I did have fruit today too... and the only stray I have done was a candy cane and two Christmas cookies after dinner. 
OK Julie - using the weights we get tomorrow our challenge starts then.  The cruise is just two months away - and I really would like to see some more loss - like I was seeing in the beginning.  I have to get myself back into the habit of going to the gym too.  Now that I have a good routine (although a tough one) I have no excuse not to go every day.
