Today...

OK - I was 207.4 this morning. That is up about .6 from last week, but still a little lower than the week before. Sigh. OK - so I am shooting for 202.4 on a weigh in day to be my next 5 pounds... although I really SHOULD be shooting for 200.4 - since 205.4 was 10 pounds for me and I am still counting me as having lost 10 pounds.

I am so glad the holidays are over!! I am ready to get back on track. I LIKED losing weight in September and October. I am ready for that again. I am going to get freezer bags today so I can freeze up that split pea soup. I also think I want to make up a bunch of ham dinners and freeze them too - so I won't keep eating ham all week. Yummy as it is it DOES make you retain water.

OK - my goal is for four days at the gym. I plan that as my on-going goal - my four work days will be my four gym days. But since I only have three work days this week I will make it my goal to get to the gym either tomorrow or Saturday also. I have been pretty good about getting back on track for food. I was good on Thursday and Friday of last week - and yesterday. I wasn't bad on Saturday and Sunday - considering it was a holiday. I want to start tracking my calories again too. Using Julie's math I should be allowed between 2080 and 2560 calories a day. Which is pretty much the same as what I discovered in September. I don't THINK I eat that much - but whatever I eat I want to be consistant from day to day. If you vary your calories too much your body never knows what to store and what to burn - so it stores everything...

Starting next Monday we are fat flushing here at work. I may do a modified fat flush (allow some whole grains) but I like the way I feel when I have been fat flushing - so I am kind of looking forward to it.
