I'm not normally an Oprah fan, but I found this article on her website that has a good overview of the sorts of things you can try when you've hit a plateau. It summarizes a lot of the advice I saw in other articles (strength training, vary your diet and caloric intake, be honest about what you're really eating, don't give up, etc.):
