Fact #2: You should consume 13-16 calories for each pound of your ideal weight.
Today was better eating-wise. Joe & I went to Starbucks for breakfast and I had a pumpkin scone and some apple cider. Lunch was a slice of sharp cheese and 3 Ritz crackers. Dinner was Asian pork BBQ with green beans and mac & cheese (I kept my portion small.) For a snack a I had a few M&M's.
So I definitely ate less, BUT I didn't exercise at all. I may have to re-enact my no excuses challenge to myself to get back in the habit. Amy--does our 5 lb challenge officially start with tomorrow's weigh in?
