Hey all! Well - I am glad I was not the only one to have a rough weekend. I was running into my main pitfall all weekend - drinking!
I told you about Friday night. Saturday was a pretty good day for food - but then we went out that night. I had several drinks over the course of several hours. Sigh. But - as usual after drinking - the next morning I was down to 207.8!! I knew that was just temporary though. Sarah reported all of the yummies at the Renn Fest - three drinks, cheesecake on a stick, steak on a stake for me (instead of fish and chips). I then picked at Claire's fries - but Sarah kindly reminded me that those calories count too! Darn! I bought sugared almonds which I LOVE, but only ate a few and packaged the rest up into serving sizes of eight. So that will make them last longer and hopefully not show up on the scale as dramatically.
This morning I was up to 209.2 - which was OK since that was my previous low point. I just hope I can hold steady there - or maybe drop a bit by tomorrow. I have been VERY good eating today - cereal with skim milk, applesauce, tuna salad on multigrain with lots of lettuce (tuna was mixed with cottage cheese instead of blobs of mayo) veggie juice, cheese stick and wheat thins. That is pretty much my normal daily intake. Then Katie and I had grilled pork chops with brown rice and green beans for dinner. YUMMY!
