Today I ate my usual breakfast and lunch, but I was so busy I skipped my almonds snack. For dinner I had leftover shrimp with broccoli in wine sauce with pasta--never as good the second day! Also had a green salad. I caught up with the almonds two hours later, when I was hungry again. I am planning a bowl of cereal at bedtime.
For exercise I spent an hour or so stuggling with a de-thatching rake, trying to get rid of the moss in the front yard. I filled one big black trash bag and two smaller fertilizer bags, and I was whupped when I quit!
This morning my weight was 148. I suppose it is too much to hope that it will go down tomorrow!
