Ok, I hope this works.
I have kept track of everything I've eaten this week, and it is almost the same thing every day with some variation at dinner time. I hope to lose 25-30 pounds, to get my weight down to 130 or less. Tuesday morning I weighed in at 154.5 and this morning I was 151 even. I have the advantage of being at home, and not at work where people tempt me with goodies. All I have done so far, really, is to cut out alcohol, desserts and between meal munching on snacks. I count out the number of almonds and have 8 0r 9 as an afternoon snack. I also have the advantage of time--of being able to take two walks a day with Dad, and to try to work in the garden. I wrote myself out a schedule that included an hour's weeding every morning, and I weeded three days for about an hour, but otherwise I have not kept to the schedule. It will take some tweaking to make it workable.
So along with diet and exercise, I have to get myself up at 7:20 a.m. and keep going all day. That way I sleep better at night.
