I weighed myself when I got up and the scale said 165, which I didn't believe, given the week I had, and given that I was at 167 yesterday -- 2 pounds seemed to be a bit much. So I gave it a minute and weighed myself again, and it said 166. Then over the next fifteen minutes I weighed myself a few times, and it was 166 two more times, and then 165 again the last time. I'm more inclined to believe the 166, and maybe that makes a loss for next week more attainable!
