So that's a drop of almost 2 pounds. It's been skipping around in the 142-144 range all week, but this is the low end. No complaints here! This is the first time since we started the blog that my weight has gone down without a substantial effort at exercise and/or dieting. And it's not down much and I know I can't count on a long-term change, but it's kind of nice anyway.
